    Dissertation Project - Estimating Health Utilities and Co-Occurring Conditions. PhD defended 2007. Using data from the Medicare Health Outcomes Study, Medical Expenditures Panel Survey, and Norms and Performance Comparison for 5 Health Indexes to determine the best way to model the presence of co-occurring conditions in Health Related Quality of Life Measures.

CAREER GOAL

I am interested in becoming an academic physician. I love health services research and I am excited to be an active researcher, but I also love interacting with people and I think being a practicing physician will be very rewarding. I also hope that practicing medicine will keep my research grounded and practical.
